Another Job Done, Another Happy Customer!

​Today was a great day near Catterick, where I tackled a couple of jobs that really show the variety of work we do here at Lock Smithy Ltd. It’s always a pleasure to meet new people and help them feel more secure in their homes.

​First, I replaced a damaged patio door handle with a brand new, sleek Paddock Handle Set in chrome. It’s not just about security; a new handle can really refresh the look of your door!

​Next, I moved on to the summerhouse. The old handle had broken, so I fitted a beautiful new Probrico Door Handle. This handle is made from high-quality, solid stainless steel. It feels substantial and sturdy, a real upgrade that will last for years to come.

​The customer was delighted with the work and has already asked me to come back to replace their front door handles. That’s the best compliment we can get!

​While I was there, the next-door neighbour asked me to take a look at their front door. Their multi-point locking system is starting to fail, which is a common issue with older doors. I had a quick look and will be sending them a clear, competitive quote to get it sorted.
